Suspect shot dead during Durban robbery
A suspected robber has been shot and killed in Durban.
Emergency services say the incident happened during an armed robbery on Chris Hani Road in Effingham on Wednesday afternoon.

"The man was assessed and declared dead on arrival of paramedics," says EMER-G-Med's Kyle Van Reenen.
"The facts surrounding the incident and the events preceding it are subject to a South African Police Services investigation and will be communicated by the appropriate authority."
