Storm warning for parts of KZN
Updated | By Portia Cele
Forecasters say a gale force wind is expected to move along the KwaZulu-Natal coast from the Port St Johns area in the Eastern Cape, heading northwards towards Durban.

"We do have a warning out for those gale force south westerly winds that are expected to come through from the south. We see that the south-westerly has already hit Margate as it is," said forecaster, Thandiwe Gumede.
Gumede says wind speeds could reach up to 64km an hour.

"We have already seen some of those thunderstorms developing over the southern interior, covering areas like Harding and south of iXopo. There's another thunderstorm in the north, covering areas like Pongola and eDumbe," she said.
Tomorrow morning will see cool and cloudy weather conditions, ranging from the lower to mid 20s.
Durban has a maximum of 24 degrees, Richards Bay at 26 and Pietermaritzburg 21.
