Singh says on the day Miguel went missing - Ebrahim sent a WhatsApp message to Miguel's mother at 1:15pm - telling her he was leaving her home to catch a taxi just a hundred metres away.

Singh reminded the court that Ebrahim had stated in his version of events that he ran into Miguel at the set of robots and took him to a fast food outlet to get something to eat.

Singh told the court that Miguel finished school at 2pm and questioned the time it took Ebrahim to walk to the robot. He argued it wouldn't take 45 minutes- showed the murder was premeditated.

It also came to light that Ebrahim asked Miguel's sister what time school finishes the day before Miguels's disappearance.

A juvenile witness from Miguel's school testified that Ebrahim was at their school gate asking about Miguel on the day the child went missing.

Singh has accused Ebrahim of being untruthful. Closing arguments continue on Friday.

The family of Louw says as judgement day fast approaches in the case, they relive the pain of losing the boy more and more.

Speaking to Newswatch outside court yesterday, Miguel's aunt, Tasneem Dos Santos says it's emotionally draining sitting in court and listening to what happened to the boy.
