Naidu who was present in Court B today says they have wrapped up their investigation.
However, she says the investigating officer in the case is currently retrieving more forensic evidence from Pretoria.
Naidu says the evidence they have before them at the moment warrants the trial being heard in the regional court but they will consider taking it to the high court if necessary.
