Stage 3 load shedding back on Monday
The long weekend break from load shedding has been cut short by Eskom.
Eskom put the rolling blackouts on hold for a few days and had been planning to resume them Tuesday morning at stage 1.

But the utility said on Sunday evening that, over the course of the weekend, it's lost three generating units.
As a result, stage 3 load shedding was implemented at 8 o’clock on Sunday night and is expected to continue indefinitely.
