Stacey Peck voted at South Africa House at London's Trafalgar Square on Saturday.
Peck explained what it meant for her to be able to make her mark.
"I came with two of my girlfriendsto vote. We were talking on our way here - just saying we have to take a moment just quietly appreciating the people that came before us and gave us the opportunity to vote. While it seems easy to get on a bus and vote in a foreign country - there are so many that have come before us," she said.

"I'm not just sitting on the sidelines, talking about the changes I want to make in South Africa. I am going out and making an impact. It means a lot to me that in 1994 - that all South Africans were given the opportunity and right to vote," he said.
