South Africa records 1 673 new COVID-19 cases

Just over 1 600 new COVID-19 infections were recorded - bringing the number of positive cases to 25 937.
Overall, 13 451 people who had the virus, have recovered.
Five hundred and fifty-two people have died, in KwaZulu-Natal, that figure is 49.
There’ve been 2 186 confirmed infections in the province and 1 180 recoveries.
