Sipho Nzuza breaches bail conditions, heads back to court

eThewini City Manager, Sipho Nzuza is appearing in the Durban Commercial Crimes Court today after he was rearrested for breaking his bail conditions.
He was initially arrested in March on charges of fraud, money laundering and corruption for his alleged role in tender fraud.
He was released of bail of R50 000 and warned not to contact or communicate with witnesses - and to not participate directly or influence any tender processes.

The Hawks' Katlego Mogale says Nzuza didn't heed the court's warnings.
"Following an investigation, after he has returned from a special leave to the municipality, he engaged in certain actions which were in breach of the bail conditions. The team initiated an investigation into the matter and thus bringing him again to the court."
