Siam Lee case: Tearful mother reacts to court's bail decision
Updated | By Bernadette Wolhuter
Siam Lee's mother says while she is disappointed the man accused of her daughter's murder has been released on bail, she respects the court ruling.

The 30-year-old businessman was granted bail of R40,000 by the Durban Magistrate's Court today.
Magistrate Mahomed Motala found the man's support of his mother and younger brother as well as his employment of 17 people as exceptional circumstances.
Magistrate Motala also considered the fact that the admissibility of the State's evidence against him is going to be challenged at trial.
Lee's mother, Carmen spoke to Newswatch after today's proceedings wrapped up:
A city-wide search ensued after the 20-year-old went missing outside a Durban North home.
Lee's body was found on a sugarcane farm in New Hanover in the Midlands in January.
