The victims were killed when a taxi plunged down an embankment before colliding with a train on Monday.

Hundreds have already taken their seats in the large white marquee that's been set up in the sports field.

Gospel hymns beam from speakers as many more community members make their way through the four entrances lined with banners from the Department of Transport and the KwaDukuza municipality.
