Senzo Meyiwa murder accused in court to hear trial date

South Africans will soon find out when the five accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder case will go on trial.
The suspects will line up in Johannesburg's Palm Ridge High Court on Monday.
One of them, Fisokuhle Ntuli, is a notorious KwaZulu-Natal hitman who was convicted of six counts of murder.
He carried out a hit on ANC councillor Thami Nyambe.
The former Bafana Bafana Captain was gunned down while he was visiting his girlfriend in Vosloorus in 2014.
Napational police spokesperson Vishnu Naidoo says a pre-trial hearing's already been conducted.
"The five accused are as follows: Accused number one, Muzikawukhulelwa Sibiya. Accused number two, Bongani Sandiso Ntanzi. Accused number three, who's the alleged shooter, Mthobisi Mncube. Accused number four, Mthokoziseni Ziphozonke Maphisa. Accused number five, Sifokuhle Sifiso (Nkani) Ntuli.
"Accused number one has two attempted murder cases in the Vosloorus court. In one of the charges, he allegedly shot a female victim more than nine times at Vosloorus hostel. All accused remain in custody."
