Hawks officials say another four people, including the Supply Chain Manager at the Premier's office, have been arrested on charges of fraud and corruption.

The matter relates to a R20 million catering tender dating back to 2013.
Five people were nabbed in July, including the Supply Chain Manager's personal assistant and the Chief Financial Officer.
It's understood they allegedly manipulated procurement processes so that contracts were awarded to certain providers.
KZN Hawks spokesperson, Simphiwe Mhlongo says on Friday morning; four others handed themselves over to authorities.
"We can confirm that Hawks members from Durban Serious Corruption have arrested another four people for the tender scandal that was happening in the Office of the Premier."
"Amongst the four, there is a manager from the Supply Chain that is due to appear in the Durban Specialised Commercial Crimes court.
"Three other people are service providers who are connived with the officials in getting these tenders from the Office of the Premier," says Mhlongo.
