Young people expected to march for economic transformation have begun gathering at Shaka's Head in the KwaDukuza Local Municipality on the north coast.
The march has been organised by the ANC Youth League.

Those set to take to the streets have begun arriving - most of them clad in ANC T-shirts.
The ANC Youth League said ahead of the march that it expects up to 10 000 people to join in the protest.
However, the estimate is a far cry from the 500 or so people who are already at the march.
Youth from communities like Entshaweni, Groutville and surrounds will also be participating in the march.
The group is expected to make its way to the newly-built Ballito Junction Mall.
The youth league will demonstrate there over what they claim is the exclusion of young black people from the mall's economic structure.
