African Society of Bank Officials (SASBO) says it'll scrutinise the offers put

The bank announced recently that it won't be retrenching workers but is looking at recruiting around 600 people and is planning on opening more branches.

SASBO's Joe Kokela says they'll keep a close watch on Capitec's recruitment process.
