Minister of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development, Thoko Didiza says under level four - exports of all agriculture will be reopened.
"I know that a lot of the winemakers have been pleading with government that we must open," says Didiza.
"Amarula and many other commodities - wool and other synthetic products that are made out of agriculture is going to be open for export."
Beekeepers will get permits to work at night.
"It is one of those permitted industries that will get permits to operate at night, because for you to be able to harvest the honey, you can't do it necessarily during broad daylight."
