Updated | By Newswatch
Road closures may affect travel routes for Durban roads users this weekend.
SANRAL has temporarily closed the King Cetshwayo Bridge on the M13 over the N2 near Westwood Mall to pour concrete for the bridge's new deck.
South and north bound lanes will be closed until 8 this evening.
It's part of SANRAL’s major upgrade of the N2 and the EB Cloete Interchange. The N2 and N3 will remain open.

Down south, Higginson Highway will be partially closed due to tree pruning.
It's taking place on the east bound between Bayview bridge and Havenside.
Durban Metro Police spokesperson, Boysie Zungu, says this is due to take place today and tomorrow between 8.30am and 2pm.
"Motorists are advised of lane closures as there will be cherry picker trucks, chippers and loading trucks operating on the Highway," says Zungu.
He's urged motorists to be cautious, adhere to the speed limit, plan, and adjust their routes accordingly
