SAHRC investigates formal complaint against Malema

The SA Human Rights Commission has confirmed that it has received a formal complaint against EFF leader, Julius Malema following controversial comments he made about Indians in KZN.
Gurshwell Brooks from the SA Human Rights Commission says they're currently investigating.
"At this stage, the commission is looking at the matter to determine whether there is a case to answer by Mr. Malema," he says.

At the EFF's anniversary celebrations in Durban at the weekend, Malema accused Indian business people of exploiting black workers saying they are "worse than Afrikaners."
The EFF says it stands by its leader & won't apologise for the comments.
