The Public Servants Association (PSA) has urged the Department of Justice to be upfront in their approach if a case of coronavirus is detected in courts.
This as the union learnt this weekend, that the department was investigating a possible COVID-19 case at the Durban Magistrate's Court.

PSA's Claude Naiker says although the building is being sanitised before workers return tomorrow, workers are feeling anxious about their safety.
Naiker says after meeting with the department, they were assured that all safety precautions will be strictly observed.
"We have cautioned the department that they must be upfront in their approach. If they do suspect if anybody else contracted the virus, they need to make employee aware and adhere to the guidelines that have been issued by the Department of Public Service and Administration."
"I think it would be a sensible approach if they are upfront... this will try to mitigate any risks or potential risks that employees might encounter, says Naiker.
