SABC puts foot in mouth on Twitter

The SABC has apologised for a tweet that used offensive language in a post that was tweeted on its official online news page.
A tweet about the plans to invest R4-billion on a presidential jet for President Jacob Zuma was retweeted by the SABC's Twitter account with the words ' What the F****.'
The news outlet then removed the post online.
In a tweeted apology, the SABC said the post was tweeted by someone without the authority to be using the account.
Meanwhile, there's been an outcry on social media over reports of that R4-bllion could be spent on a new jet for President Jacob Zuma.
Many people have Tweeted that the cash could be used to deal with a number of other issues facing the country, for instance to manage the shortfall of the 0% increase in varsity fees.
