SABC to file papers in employee dismissal case
Labour Court proceedings regarding the dismissal of four SABC journalists have been postponed until Friday.
Represented by trade union Solidarity, the axed journalists approached the Labour Court to ask for their dismissals to be set aside.
SABC lawyers requested that the hearing be postponed to file opposing papers.

Two of the SABC's sacked reporters, Thandeka Gqubule, Busisiwe Ntuli, well as former presenter Ivor Price, came to court to support their colleagues.
The SABC's legal representative Bantubonke Tokota informed the court that he hadn't been able to get hold of management to get instructions.
Judge Robert Legrange granted permission for the postponement, but was unimpressed with the SABC's lack of preparation.
Solidarity's Dirk Hermann said SABC management believes it is above the law.
"This conduct of the SABC is in line with the conduct of the past couple of weeks. They simply ignore legal processes and they ignore court processes," Solidarity's Dirk Hermann said.
