SAA responds to allegations of looting
The South African Airways (SAA) says the airline does not condone any act of criminality.
This comes after the South African Cabin Crew Association (SACCA) indicated that it will be laying criminal charges against members of the SAA board and management.
SACCA briefed media on alleged corruption and irregular expenditure which they claim amounts to more than R1 billion.
SAA spokesperson Tlali Tlali says they were not aware of the press briefing.

"We encourage any individuals or parties who have information that can be acted upon by law enforcement agencies in the form of criminal investigations to hand over information," says Tlali.
Tlali says individuals guilty of criminal acts must be brought to book.
"SAA, as a state-owned company, does not subscribe and will not support, nor will it shield any individual who is here for purposes of committing crime and helping themselves to public funds."
