SA reports 66 new COVID-19 fatalities

South Africa has recorded 66 new COVID-19 related deaths across four provinces.
Health minister Zweli Mkhize released his daily coronavirus statistics on Sunday evening that show the North West reporting the most fatalities in the latest period.
"Eastern Cape 0, Free State 15, Gauteng 6, Kwa-Zulu Natal 0, Limpopo 0, Mpumalanga 0, North West 35, Northern Cape 0 and Western Cape 10, which brings the total to 53 322 deaths," the statements reads.

As of Sunday night, the total number of COVID-19 deaths stood at 1 558 458.
A total of 931 new infections have been reported.
The recovery rate remains 95%.
No new health workers have been vaccinated.
