SA must implement climate change measures - Ramaphosa

President Cyril Ramaphosa says government can no longer continue to postpone implementing necessary measures in order to deal with climate change.
He says it's quite clear that Monday's floods that hit KwaZulu-Natal are linked to climate change and that it's now become more serious.

The president was visiting some of the areas and homes that were destroyed by the heavy rains in Durban on Wednesday.
"This disaster is obviously part of climate change. It is telling us that climate change is serious, it is here and our disaster management capability need to be at a higher level."
