RUSA security officer shot dead, dumped in manhole

Greenwood Park police are investigating a case of murder after the body of a security officer was found dumped in a manhole in Riverhorse Valley in Durban.
Police say the man was shot in the head. The motive of the murder is not yet clear.
Two suspects have already been arrested and will appear in court next week.
Reaction Unit South Africa says the victim was one of their officers.

RUSA's Vinod Singh says he was on duty patrolling on a golf cart near Prince Mhlangana Road on Friday morning when he was attacked.
"His colleagues conducted a search and discovered a pool of blood next to the manhole. They removed the cover and discovered his body inside. The golf cart was discovered approximately 100 metres away from the scene."
