Roaming herd of elephants return to Hluhluwe game reserve
Updated | By Lauren Beukes
Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife says the elephants that wandered out of Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Game Reserve last week have been herded back into the park.

The animals are reported to have strayed into a neighbouring community, leaving residents to fear for their safety.
It's not clear how many escaped.
However, Ezemvelo's Musa Mntambo says their teams were able to track down several elephants.
"On the 7th of February, we received a call from the public saying that there were elephants out. They didn't even know how many elephants. There was one elephant out.

"Our guys went there on foot to try and track that elephant, they couldn't find it and then over this weekend, we then used the helicopter to look for that elephant.
"We found them. There were five of them and we pushed them back to the game reserve. They are inside the game reserve right now as far as I know."
