Rising cost in fuel could influence property investments: expert
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
Property experts believe the gradual increase in the cost of fuel could have an impact on how and where people choose to buy their homes.

"They have to take several things into account - one is can they afford the new home? Also, where are they buying in relation to where they work and where their kids go to school because if it's too far away and the petrol price is up, it definitely does influence this," he said.
