Richmond Municipality condemns official's brutal killing
Updated | By Zongile Mthimkhulu
Richmond municipal officials have called the killing of one of one of their colleagues inhuman.

Forty-one-year-old Mthulisi Ngcobo, who was also an MK veteran coordinator in the area and the son of the municipality's deputy mayor, was gunned down in the driveway of his home on Friday.
This is the fourth reported killing of politically-affiliated members in the province since the beginning of the year.
Earlier this year, a Nquthu municipal spokesperson, a South Coast ANC leader and an IFP branch Chairperson were all shot dead.
Municipal spokesperson Sibonelo Bhengu says they are all devastated.
"Ever since he's been a mayor, he was shocked at seeing something like this - that there are people who continue to do such to people in Richmond.
"We're trying by all means to make sure that we instil peace and stability in the area," he said.
