Richards Bay search efforts for 2 children to continue today
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
Police divers will return to Pelican Beach in Richards Bay this morning to resume a search for two children who are presumed drowned.

The National Sea Rescue Institute began a search immediately, helped later by Netcare 911 paramedics after the children went missing in the water yesterday.
The operation was later handed over to the SAPS Search and Rescue Unit. Police spokesperson Thulani Zwane says the search continued until late into the afternoon.
"We can confirm that our Search and Rescue members are still searching for the two children who drowned in the Richards Bay area," he said.
"They are still missing and so far nothing has been found, however search efforts are continuing," Zwane said.
