The police's search and rescue unit is continuing a search in the Richards Bay waters for a missing Sharks Board employee.
The boat he was in with four other crew members tipped over off Newark Beach yesterday morning.
Two of his colleagues, including the boat's skipper, drowned while two other crew members were rescued and taken to hospital with injuries.
The KZN Sharks Board say they'd been out changing shark safety gear.

Environmental Affairs MEC, Sihle Zikalala was in Richards Bay yesterday. He says they will work to make sure such an incident never happens again.
"There are a number of avenues that we are exploring for now. This is a very painful experience and we felt that it was important to come and be with management during this time but also visit families and brief them. It's a sad experience for us," Zikalala said.
Meanwhile, the family of the skipper says he loved his job.
Forty-five-year-old Richard Gumede had been with the KZN Sharks Board for 18 years.
