Refuse collection changes to South Ridge community: Here's what you need to know

eThekwini Municipality's Cleansing and Solid Waste unit say the weekly collection service will end on Wednesday, 14 April. 

But, that they will now start collecting refuse on Fridays starting from 23 April. 

"Residents are requested to adhere to the new collection schedule and ensure that refuse is placed on the verge in the morning of the collection day as outlined above, including public holidays," it said in a statement. 

The affected areas are: 

• Aloe Drive

 • SEW Drive

 • Omega Close

 • Ivy Street

 • Primrose Road

 • Crasula Drive

 • Balgobid Place

 • Adams Road 

 • Fairview Place

 • Cassia Road

 • Mimmosa Road

 • Sun Crescent
