Real victory is when we honour commitments: Zikalala
Updated | By Lauren Beukes
KwaZulu-Natal Premier Sihle Zikalala says with the votes all counted, it's now time for political leaders to respond to the needs of communities.

Over 12 million people cast their ballots in Monday's local government elections.
The African National Congress (ANC) had to confront the sobering reality of a drop in voter support and final results showed 66 hung councils.
In KZN, a coalition government will run eThekwini.
Zikalala says the goal remains the same, no matter the leader.
"Voting is the beginning of the long and odious journey to grow KwaZulu-Natal and South Africa.
"The real electoral victory will gain meaning when we address the commitments and expectations of all communities, even those who didn't vote for us."
