Ramokgopa: Rural clinics to benefit from emergency Chinese power

Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa says he'll prioritise clinics in rural areas for
the provision of emergency power supplied by China.
Ramokgopa announced the alternative during his weekly update on the energy action plan on Sunday.
The minister said the first power consignment's already arrived and will be officially unveiled on 16 November.
In the meantime, Ramokgopa says the government is identifying clinics that will benefit from this initiative.

"We are going to get about 400 units of alternative emergency power resources. The major beneficiaries will be the clinics in rural areas.
Eskom says stage 2 of the rolling blackouts will continue on Monday, with load shedding paused between 5 in the morning and 4pm.
