Ramaphosa’s new cabinet must focus on basic services - analyst

President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to announce his reconfigured cabinet on Monday night.
Political analyst Sandile Swana says there is a real danger he could use the reshuffle to stack his cabinet full of loyalists.
Swana says the focus of the reshuffle should be the delivery of basic services to the people.

"One of them being the supply of electricity, drinking water and the management of sewerage. [Government] has been failing to deliver educational services in the public schools, especially the Black schools.
"In every test done among African schools and the schools around the world, our children also come out last in those tests.”
