The Economic Freedom Fighters says President Cyril Ramaphosa is yet to fulfil any of the promises he made during last year's State of the Nation Address

Ramaphosa will deliver this year's address at Cape Town City Hall on Thursday evening.
He is expected to lay out plans to end load shedding and reduce unemployment and corruption.
EFF spokesperson Sinawo Tambo says South Africa is in a state of collapse due to Ramaphosa's broken promises.
"He is someone who is a chance taker, an opportunist who is swindling South Africans. This country is collapsing in all spheres crime is spilling out of control."

"People are uneducated and unemployed. Last year there were over 200 days of blackouts. This country is in debt to foreign countries of over R4.3 trillion and servicing that dept is over R300 million."
At the same time, the Democratic Alliance's chief whip Siviwe Gwarube wants the president to focus on solutions to the ongoing energy crisis.
"Bringing on IPPs on board, allowing municipalities that have the capacity to do so to purchase power from other independent power producers to take off the pressure from Eskom."
