Ramaphosa urges youngsters to act responsibly, use condoms
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
Delivering a keynote address at the World AIDS Day commemoration in Daveyton, Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa said the rate of new infections remains high, with 2000 girls and young women being infected each week.
"One condom, one round. Young people must have the confidence to insist that they must use condoms", says Ramaphosa.
The Deputy President says those who fought to destigmatise the disease should be honoured.

"Let us also honour and respect those who stood firm and fought hard when many of us lived oblivious to the ravages of HIV and AIDS," says Ramaphosa.
