President Cyril Ramaphosa says he will be meeting with ministers in the energy clusters on Sunday to discuss the electricity crisis.

Eskom has implemented stage 6 and stage 5 over the past few days due to a high number of breakdowns at power stations and a shortage of cash to buy diesel.
Ramaphosa was speaking on the sidelines of the ANC's Letsema campaign on the Cape Flats on Saturday.

He said its all hands on deck as far as attempts to solve the Eskom crisis, and that steps are being taken to fix the power utility.
"For the first time ever, people are now being arrested for fraud, corruption and tampering with the system. So we are making progress because Eskom is such an enormous organisation.
"We have got to deal with the problems from all sides. So that is exactly what we are doing. Eskom keeps me awake most of the time, so are working on it. It is an overriding problem for all of us in government."
