should be commended for taking the decision to step down as National Assembly

Mapisa-Nqakula, who was granted R50 000 bail on Thursday, resigned from Parliament this week.

Speaking on the sidelines of an event in Durban, Ramaphosa's said that Mapisa-Nqakula stepped down, not because she is guilty, but because she respects Parliament, the ANC, and the government.
