Ramaphosa to lead World Aids Day commemoration in KZN
Updated | By Christopher Motabogi
Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa will lead a delegation to the Ugu District tomorrow to commemorate International World Aids Day.

Provincial Health MEC, Sibongiseni Dhlomo, says at least 2 000 people are expected at each of the 23 wards where events are planned.
''We will then close with a meeting which starts at 2pm where the deputy president will be getting report backs from the 23 wards that will be visited by different Ministers, MECs and Mayors,'' he said.
Dhlomo says despite KZN having the highest HIV prevalence in the country - the province is making progress in the fight against the epidemic.
He says of the 3.4-million South Africans on anti-retrovirals.
1-million are in the province.
''It means in this province there is a million people who would have otherwise died had we not put them on the ARVs programme and that way their children would have been beneficiaries of the social grants and probably would have never got the chance to go to school,'' he added.
