Commission chairperson, deputy chief justice Raymond Zondo, listed several occasions when the ANC could have acted.

He told Ramaphosa NEC member Fikile Mbalula has raised the alarm during a committee meeting.

He says the landing of a plane full of Gupta wedding guests at an airforce base was another instance, while the media also carried extensive reports of the family's alleged activities.

Ramaphosa says there was some action, but it didn't go far enough.
