Rains predicted for KZN

It could be good news for our parched province.
Weather forecasters have predicted a 60% chance of rainfall for KZN before the end of the weekend.
Stacy Colborne, who is with the SA Weather Service, while this will provide some relief to our drought-hit province a lot more rain over a longer period is desperately needed.
"For the next few days we are expecting a 60% chance of showers and thunder showers over the whole province", she said.
"The weather should start clearing from about midday on Monday and this rainfall should relieve some of the drought", Colborne said.
