Public outcry following Siam Lee's murder

There has been a public outcry following the discovery of Siam Lee's body on a farm in New Hanover in the Midlands.

The missing 20-year-old's family identified the body as hers on Thursday.

A farmer found Lee's body last Saturday, two days after she was last seen outside her place of work in Margaret Maytom Avenue in Durban North.

Despite family members positively identifying the body, police are waiting for the results of DNA testing for official confirmation.

People from across the province and country have taken to social media to send their condolences to Lee's loved ones.
