Provincial votes completed in three provinces
The provincial election has been decided in three of the country's provinces.
The DA has won the Western Cape with 55% of the vote.
The ANC is the official opposition - 28% and the EFF is third with 4%.
The Northern Cape and North West province have gone to the ANC - with 57% and 61% respectively.
The EFF become the official opposition in the North West having received 18%. The DA got 11% in the North West.
