Protestors take to streets in Claire Estate, Reservoir Hills
Protesters have taken to the streets again in Durban's Claire Estate and Reservoir Hills area.
Police urged motorists to avoid Quarry Road and the M19 on Wednesday morning.
“At this stage we don’t know the reason (for the protest) but our policemen are attending the scene.
“I’ll advise them to avoid M19, Quarry Road and Spencer Road,” says eThekwini metro police spokesperson Boysie Zungu.
There were also reports of demonstrators blocking access to the M19 off-ramp into Reservoir Hills with burning debris.
