Protesters block M19 in Reservoir Hills
Law enforcement official were deployed to Quarry Road and the M19 in Reservoir Hills on Thursday amid a community protest.
Residents, believed to be from the local informal settlement, blocked both roadways earlier.
It's since been opened and authorities are working to clear the debris.

"Because of the protesters, the road is completely blocked with stones and there’s been tires that have been set alight. We're working with the police to remove the crowd,” said local patroller Eugene Moodley, who spoke to Newswatch from the scene.
