Probe into Verulam drive-by shooting
Updated | By Bernadette Wicks
Police are investigating three counts of murder following a drive-by shooting in Verulam, north of Durban yesterday.

Reaction Unit South Africa's Prem Balram says members of the public reported having seen the occupants of a VW Golf 7 come under fire from occupants of a blue Toyota Corolla.
"Upon arrival, Reaction Unit officers found that three occupants of the vehicle were shot. Paramedics treated one of the victims that was seated in the rear of the vehicle and was declared dead - a short while later.
"Two other occupants were transported to a local hospital - and also died a short while later as well," Balram said.
Police confirmed the shooting saying no arrests have been made. Officers say their investigations are continuing.
