The Department of Transport in KwaZulu-Natal is probing a devastating crash in northern KZN that claimed the lives of four people.

Two vehicles collided in wet conditions on the R66 near Ulundi on Sunday.
Two people were hospitalised.
The department's spokesperson, Kwanele Ncalane, says they are also investigating the circumstances surrounding a double truck smash that led to the complete closure of the N3 at Van Reenen's Pass.
One person was hurt.
The province was handed two weather warnings over the weekend for heavy rains.
"There is mist and roads are slippery which is causing havoc on the road. Therefore, we request drivers to adjust their driving habits and make sure they keep a safe following distance and switch on their headlights,” says Ncalana.
