Princess Irene Buthelezi, wife of IFP leader, dies
Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi's wife, Princess Irene Thandekile Buthelezi has passed away.
In a statement - the family says she died peacefully this morning - following a long and difficult illness.
The family says it's devastated by the loss.
Princess Irene and Prince Buthelezi had been married for nearly 67 years.
The family says funeral details will be made public in due course.
