President will give time-frame to service delivery: ANC Chief Whip
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
The ANC's chief whip in Parliament, Pemmy Majondina says they expect President Cyril Ramaphosa to implement the party's election manifesto during his State of the Nation Address this evening.
"Growing the economy at a faster pace and how to turn around the SOEs," Majondina said.
Ramaphosa will give his first SONA since the ANC's victory at the polls in May.
"There will be no new policies because our manifesto will take us five years. What the president will be doing as per our expectation is to time-frame service delivery. Water, sanitation and road infrastructure - those will be the key points," she said.
