Ramaphosa says South Africa's moment has arrived.

"I am looking forward to going and seeing them in their camp, and give them a lot of encouragement and 'Vuma' from 57 million South Africans who are standing behind them and wishing them the very best in their titanic battle with the English."

"I am hoping that we will be able to defeat and annihilate the English and bring back the Cup home," says Ramaphosa.

Captain Siya Kolisi, will earn his 50th test cap at the match tomorrow.

Kolisi, was discovered as a school boy by Andrew Hayidakis who offered him a rugby scholarship at Grey High School in Port Elizabeth.

Hayidakis says it would mean the world if Kolisi lifts the Webb Ellis Trophy.

"I think it will be the cherry on the top for a young man to have archived this that early in his career."

The highly anticipated final kicks-off at 11am and will be aired on SuperSport and the SABC.
