PRASA probes vandalism after Crossmoor Station goes up in flames
Updated | By Nothando Mkhize
Passenger rail agency, Prasa is investigating an incident of apparent vandalism at a train station in Chatsworth.

It says the culprits set alight to Crossmoor Station, in the early hours of the morning yesterday, leaving it in ruins. The station's been out of operation for some time now.
A spokesperson for Prasa in KZN, Zama Nomnganga says they're busy assessing the extent of the damage.

"We don't know what was the reason. Also, our stations that are not in operation are exposed. Hooliganism and vandalism are high. All our corridors need to be looked after by our communities so we can report all these behaviours.
"At the end of the day we need the facilities, this is part of our economy."
